Don't know about the Aurora but I have had a Scott Alturis for about 3

years
and been happy with it - it's handled everything I've thrown at it. If I

had
a complaint on the Alturis I'd like it a bit stiffer - the Aurora seems to
be a freeride/ freestyle board http://www.objectiveride.com/matos12.php so
that could be better, but maybe *slightly* less beginner friendly.

BTW the Aurora isn't one of season's range
http://www.scottusa.com/eusnowboard_boards.php

You don't hear much about Scott boards cos they don't sell them over there
*points vaguely towards Atlantic* but there are a few reviews he

I just have to add I'm retiring the Scott cos my Donek Incline came
yesterday *dances happy dance* Cost £295 including shipping !!!!! and only
took about 3 weeks from order to delivery! It's my second Donek - the

first
was fab at MK but too short for me on the mountain so that'll be up nearly
new on ebay sometime soon. Now if I could just get a new collarbone :-(

Thanks for the info liz,

i just bought the board anyway, i am up in scotland so i will be visiting
one of the resorts up here on sunday, most have decent snow cover, just need
to hope the roads are open.

Good luck with your Donek - whats up with your collarbone?
