Was there last week, staying in Banff. I thought that Lake Louise was great. No bare runs, excellent coverage. Sunshine Village had better quality runs/weather, and was consistantly getting 2cm of snow most nights, so we went there most. We would have frequented Lake Louise more, if it had been getting the snow. One day there were a few of the cannon's on at Louise. No idea why, they didn't seem to be doing much. Only went to Norquay the once. This was only my 3rd time boarding, and I mostly stick to blue's, or faster/wider greens. I'm now hooked on the Rockies! Hoping to get back again before the end of the season. Everything about it was amazing. Especially the huge breakfasts in The Keg!! Baz |
