And you knew this from what source?

Sorry, but you're falling way short.

Put up or shut up.

I apologize: I don't know whether or not the black men in the earlier
case were un-armed. I only know that McCullough lied in his
presentation, and that the officers did as well.

How do you know that? Why is he still in office?

I heard that there is controversy over the fact that he did not indict 2 detectives that shot and killed 2 drug dealers 14 years ago. But I don't know what it is. Nor do I care.

Well, here's some new information I'm just hearing.

Reports are that the eye socket of the officer was not broken. That he did go to the emergency room and had xrays and that his face was swollen.

I don't think that it matters for the case as a whole. But it does demonstrate the confusion (to put it nicely) in the case. My favorite so far is the shot in the back while running away and then he stood over him and finished him off.

"How do [i] know that?"? That sounds a lot like the man who never
provides sources is asking for my source.

He lied to a grand jury and you don't care.

Just like a car door had bounced back when opening it too quickly into
someone and having it hit you as it rebounded...

Really? And where was there an eye witness account of that, precisely?

And now that statement has proven to be a lie. He did not suffer severe facial injuries and he did not have a fractured eye-socket. Google it.

What makes you think he lied? Aren't those proceedings secret? Wouldn't that prompt his removal from office? After all he's not alibama.
