Yeah, but there's "Indian Summer" and the color tour seasons to come
before skiing, isn't there?

I went to Lake Powell this weekend. Perfect weather. 75 deg. water,
perfect for swimming. Fishing was good too. I caught a "trunk"full.
Spanish Fork Canyon/Hwy 6 was at the height of it's color. Aspens were
yellow as could be and the "scrub" was red's and oranges. It sure was
pretty!

****.
Here I thought some of the criminals were going to rat out Kerrison and I'd
be able to put her in jail where she belongs.

Ok, so I jumped the gun a bit. I guess I should have said its coming,
but still a long way off. There's still a month of sailing and
probably two months of kayaking before I put the boats away and get out
the skis, but the first snowfall does this to me.

It *snowed*!!! Yay!!!

I got a first-hand report today of major snow-squall activity in the
Irons area. Not that it means anything at this point, but

We're slated to get some frost tonight....a real record around here....I'm
going to stand out front of my apt. building with my skis and pretend I
don't have class for a while in the morning....
