My 8 year old son did the lift by himself.
He took the katskill flyer by him self to the summit and came down the
intermediate trail called Belt Parkway. I had spoke to his instructor
and he said he was fine on the blacks and was a really good skier. I had
been letting him go up the b lift for two days now and he comes down the
terrain park while I am watching from inside.
He took me up to the summit and picked mogul trails all the way down I
followed him. & in his orange helmet and florescent yellow paints and he
did fine.
He likes the singles line as there is much less waiting.

Happy New Year to you also.

I had been letting him do the lift alone at Tuxedo/Sterling Forest last
year, but the zoo at Hunter took a big leap of faith.

He also got his first speed suit today we stopped at Spider outlet store
Woodbury Commons. Then we headed to Tuxedo to get the seasons passes,
good chance of nastar there next week.

My wife asked if I would let him ski Killington by himself. My response
was yes when he knows what trail to go on and when VTskier is on Duty.
