MOUNT RAINIER NATIONAL PARK, Wash, Aug. 11 (UPI)

People are being told to enjoy the volcano but to be
prepared to run away from it. The town nearest Rainier has about 40
minutes to flee. Inside the national park that encircles the
mountain, scientists have shortened the run-for-it survival time to
five minutes.

Should be enough time, if you can hold a tuck all the way to Seattle ...

40 minutes is more than enough time... one hint though, mount 2 sets of
binders on your skis & ski them with a partner, that way you'll be able
to use the car-pool lane. Peace, ZORR44
