search for "mayan bootfitting" turns up nothing, I'm fairly certain
I'll be quoting a famous Mayan on bootfitting soon.

I found that bowling (gently for the stretching exercise, not aggressively
for high scores) helps the pains in my right arm.

Don't know what to do about the left.

Bowl two balls at once ? Not sure how the scoring would work though...
