Maybe a little less -- the storm was a coaster, for sure, and (just a
bit south of them) I got about 18". Hard to tell with all the
blowing. A nice dump in any case, though, very fluffy so I expect
they'll have blown man-made in/among/on top so as not to lose any.
The weather probably scared off a lot of weekend visitors, so the tree
areas may still be somewhat untracked.

Yeah, that one's a steal if you've got kids...of course, adults don't
get that deal!

I was at Mt Snow for the last 8 days. The snow was so deep they canceled
the Masters race at Stratton.
In a moment of raging insanity I signed up for Jeep King of The Mountain
race, after the first practice when I got launched from the first jump
into the second jump and crashed into a heap, my 47 year old body
decided to withdraw from the event. I met the Archer brothers on the
elevator and they told me the jumps every year keep getting bigger. They
were a little surprised that somebody my age would have tried out for
it.... No Pain no Gain
So I skied at Mt Snow on the Sunday of the storm, I learned a bunch of
things about skiing in powder for the first time. One is carving is
right out, two it slows you down. It is like driving flat out on a
straight road with wings set at full down force. My style of making one
ski light and turning on weighted ski is a guaranty for a fall with the
light ski tripping the loaded one.
All you powder hounds can keep it, I will stay off of it, I prefer
groomed or even salted courses which are even better if they have gates
on them.

Thank you for the previous responses, that were sent before I left.
