Based on ski area size & scope for advanced skiers on-piste
How do the resorts stack up?

I guess St Anton comes top but after that?

Yes, S:t Anton with Lech & Zürs is said to be the best in Austria. It's the
only ski resort in Austria I visit anymore (5 days left to next time), so I
can't comment much on the current status of the other Austrian resorts. But
Ischgl is popular with modern lifts, and is probably "second best" for
advanced skiers. It's good for advanced after-skiers anyway.

It fits into the Apres Ski picture. IMHO better than St Anton & many
other places .
The skiing is at a much lower altitude. I would describe the terrain in
the region as "hills" (Saalbach.Kitzbuhl,Zell an See etc) as opposed to
"mountains" in the west tirol ( Arlberg/Silvretta/Oeztal ). Still its a
good fun resort with plenty of skiing .

It was a bit too much snow during my week (10th-17th), with Avalanche
Danger 4 all the time and many of the best lifts higher up closed. But
fresh snow is of course also nice...
