Default New Atomic Classic Ski Profile

Anyone else see the Article posted on FASTER SKIER.com last night about
the Atomic Rep. who raced his rally car with police escort from the
Atomic factory to Torino to deliver 6 pair of new classic skis ? Today
the article is gone! It gave some detail about the ski design that
seemed premature for public release for a new development. I wonder if
someone let the cat out of the bag too soon.

Not really related, but on Norwegian TV there have been numerous
comments on the enthusiasm of the motorcycle police escorts. The
consensus is that Valentino Rossi is in charge.

I find it interesting that some of the best Olympic athletes will go with a
new pair of skis with virtually no testing in the biggest race of their
career. Didn't the Faster Skier article say Angerer skied on the new classic
skis for 5 minutes, then went to the starting line with them?
For those who watch alpine, Bode Miller and Darren Rahlves received newly
developed skis the day before the downhill event. Only two pairs of these
skis in the world, cap instead of the usual box/sandwich construction for
downhill skis. The Austrian team wouldn't use them, but Bode free skis on
them for one day and decides to run them, with a 5th place result.
Rahlves is up all night trying to decide, was going with the new ones, then
30 seconds before his start, goes back to his tried and true old pair with
the advice of his servicemen.

The skies in the article were classic. They were also red not the
traditional blue.
