Default Prelim report on Galena Lodge/Sun Vlalley

Just got back today from Galena Lodge/Sun Valley Idaho and the snow is
2-3 feet deep at Galena for xc skiing. No snow for xc at Sun Valley at
all. Downhill at Sun VAlley is fine (didn't ski there but went up to
have lunch at the Roundhouse Restaurant).
Galena is great!, 27 miles north of Ketchum/Sun Valley, so you need a
car to get there when you want to. I did almost all my skiing in the AM,
some days it softened in the PM. Every evening they got a trace to 2
- 4 inches of fresh snow.
More report tommorow.

Here where I live, at 70N 30E, we have just had about 10 cm of snow, the
temp is -11,5 degrees C and we should have about a month left of the skiing
season. The touring competitions have just started, one last weekend and one
the next before easter when a lot of people will go to their cabins and ski
a lot.

My wife and I will be there Thursday 4/1. Sounds like it will be
great!
