Ideas about Czech or Slovak skiing?
Does anyone have any experience of skiing in Eastern Europe?
In particular, Slovakia or the Czech Republic? Is it an interesting place to visit from a skiing point of view or just an excuse to go somewhere different? Any comments gratefully received. Thanks Edmund |

Try just sticking Czech, and ski in search engine, or contact CEDOK, if they
still exist(Czech tourist board, at least they called it that back in the 70s. Gordon |

Czech Republic- Harrachov and Spindlerov Mlyn (recommended for family skiing and beginners, they say) Agreed. I'd go to Spindlerov Mlyn, though. I live just accross the border to Harrachov and the place is often just too crowded since it's much cheaper for the Poles to come over as well Bye, Jurek |
