Default Wide (High Volume foot) Classic boot recommendation?

I am getting a new pair of classic skis.

I have a very wide, high arch foot, and have had a lot of
trouble in the past with boot fitting.

I currently use old Fischer Centrix Skate boots on my classic
skis, but classic skiing puts an undue strain on the boots.

What brand should I look at? Salomon always hurt my feet.
Fischer started making their boots with narrower lasts.

Are Alpina boots still relatively wide?

Any other suggestions?

Thanks,
Andrew

I bought a pair of Fischer XC comfort boots last year that fit my oddly
shaped, needing wide feet (I can wear Alico hiking boots (Italian) in a
wide width, but New Balance 5E is just barely wide enough). I probably
have the Fischer boots oversize (wear 2 pair of socks), so that helps,
but they do provide a lot of room in the toes. Just skied 100 miles this
week in them and they didn't fall apart, which is more than I can say
for my previous choice; Whitewoods (which are sized very small- go up 2
EU sizes- but they are wide and comfy).

Looking forward to boots coming that are intentionally wide!
