The wind started blowing Wed. By Thr. It was dumping June caught 8 ft of

Mammoth Mountain to open again

FYI After opening on 2 ft of new snow a couple of weeks ago and closing 3
days later after a record heat wave in the Eastern Sierra, Mammoth has

Here on the valley floor (Bishop) it rained of and on all day. It snowed
from about 7,000 ft on up most of the day. Mammoth reports 2 for 4 inches

Mammoth opened

Mammoth Mountain opened today--with just chair 1 on man-made. I call it the
"white ribbon of death". I plan to be on hand for the annual salute to the

Since they are in my backyard and I do not have to travel to get
