My first set of Parabolics - Adjusting Technique??
Hey Yall,
I just bought my first set of Parabolic skis = Monster IM70s with railflex bindings. This is my first set of parabolics, after skiing on antique straight cuts for years. How should I adjust my technique? Thanks Fred |

How should I adjust my technique? Thanks Fred Just relax, and in the first couple of turns you'll realise you don't have to do more than think about a turn and you're there. Enjoy! (How come you held out for so long?) |

I held out so long because I am a cheap ******* lol! and I always
enjoyed skiing with straight cuts. Still having not tried my parabolics, I am wondering if they really are that much better than the old style skis? I have no complaints with "normal" style skis. I will soon know the answer! Potblak wrote: Just relax, and in the first couple of turns you'll realise you don't have to do more than think about a turn and you're there. Enjoy! Sorry to hear that. That could be why a lot of your countrymen are here
this time of year. I can't go anywhere on the mountain w/o hearing an Aussi or Kiwi accent. The Boxing Kangaroo is flying proudly in the flag circle around the bronze Mammoth.
