If it's free heel downhill then Paul Parker's "Free Heel Skiing". If
it's nordic in general (including track, downhill and backcountry)
then Ned Gilette and John Dostal's "Cross Countrry Skiing". Can't
help you with alpine, I'm afraid.
But I've found that though books do help, a good teacher helps a lot
more. Books can't look at what you're doing and point out problems
you didn't realise were there, or give you exercises clearly relevant
to you, based on your strengths and weaknesses.
