Hey, I've been snowboarding for about 8 years now and have been to a
lot of different mountains. I personally think that Mt.Brighton in
Utah is the best place I've ever snowboarded on. AMAZING!

I've skied all over the U.S., in Colorado, California, Utah etc.
Without a doubt my favorite is Vail. Why? Because the total experience
is the best. In addition to having one of the largest skiable areas in
the world, the attitude of service from the entire resort is one that
makes sure you are having fun. This means things like having guides on
the mountain to let you know the way, covered chairlifts, good food,
lots of restaurants and night life (somewhat like Zermatt, a real
emphasis on safety, the list goes on. Also, the weather is often sunny
and bright. Makes for a wonderful time.

Another of my favorites is Squaw Valley. Squaw has a good selection of
intermediate runs, some expert stuff I have not yet dared to attempt,
LOTS of snow (they had 9 feet in the two weeks after Christmas), and
great staff. Not the spot for any nightlife, but when I go skiing, I'm
too tired anyway.
