That should be an interesting process. You have heard of discovery,
haven't you? The process where the lawyers ask the trial principals
questions (under oath, of course) in order to determine which questions
to ask in court before the jury? (Rule 1: don't ask a question in
court to which you don't already know the answer - the OJ prosecution
forgot that one when they asked him to try on the gloves).

Sample discovery questions:

Has a restraining order ever been issued by a court of law against you?

Have you ever been arrested for DUI?

Have you ever served as a police officer? Have you ever posted to rsa
that you used to be a police officer?

Have you ever been in Viet Nam? Have you ever posted to rsa that you
had been in Viet Nam?

Do you have a master's degree in any subject? Have you ever posted to
