Eastern Townships

I'm thinking of going to the Eastern Townships of Quebec for a long
weekend in mid December. Mt. Orford, Bromont, Mt. Sutton, and Owl's
Head are possibilities. Any and all advice/opinions/experience
cheerfully accepted.

I'm looking for mostly blue cruising terrain, and I'll be skiing with
someone who's more comfortable on the green trails.
Steeps/bumps/trees/powder aren't what we're looking for, although if
they're there I have been known to spend a little time on each for
variety. Which resorts would be best?
