knee update xx

[down_hill]

They are taking the plate out of my knee this friday 5 months early. The
knee works great mechanically I can skate run and do most of the
activities I did before. The reason for plate removal is the leg has an
infection which I think is caused by plate. If removal does not cure
infection I will be eligible to try out for disabled ski team.
